SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, USPS and other mail carriers are experiencing unprecedented delays that may affect your order. Please note that these occurrences are normal during this time. We ask for an allowance of 5-10 business days (Monday to Friday) before any order ships. Once your package has been shipped, USPS generally takes between 3 to 7 days for domestic packages.
For domestic orders, we offer shipping at $4. For international orders, we offer shipping at $15. We will be in touch with you to discuss any updates in international shipping fees, and will be happy to issue any necessary refunds of shipping fees.
Many countries assess customs fees on packages sent from the US. Our shipping charges don't account for those, so you would be responsible for sorting it out in your home country.

REFUND POLICY
Once your order has been placed, you may request a refund up to 3 days after receiving your order confirmation by email. Please contact hello@kahani-girls.com for a refund. At this time, we are not able to offer returns once your order of kahani has shipped.
